Job Summary

We are hiring a Technical Engineer for a field-based role to handle installation, configuration, and customer support for AI smart irrigation and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer fields for installation and service
• Install and configure controllers, sensors, and systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical and controller system faults
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to clients and field technicians & Dealers
• Provide product demonstration and customer training
• Guide customers on system usage and best practices
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues on-site
• Submit daily reports and updates

Skills Required

• Basic electrical and technical knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
• Problem-solving ability

Preferred Knowledge of irrigation / IoT systems

• Field experience is an advantage
• Two-wheeler & driving license preferred

Salary

For Freshers 2.5 to 3.5Lakhs Per Annum( Food & Travel Allowance Include)

For Experience 3.8 to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum (Food & Travel Allowance Include-Negotiable)
