Job Description

• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.
• Develop and configure SCADA and HMI systems.
• Work with PLCs such as Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Delta, or Mitsubishi.
• Configure and troubleshoot Modbus RTU/TCP, RS485, Ethernet/IP, and OPC communication.
• Integrate PLCs with sensors, VFDs, actuators, control panels, and field instruments.
• Develop control logic, alarms, monitoring, and data-logging systems.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at project/customer sites.
• Coordinate with electrical, hardware, firmware, and project teams.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and test reports.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PLC & SCADA automation.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience in HMI/SCADA development.
• Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, relays, control panels, and instrumentation.
• Basic knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project/customer sites when required.

Preferred

• Experience in water management, irrigation automation, pumping systems, or IoT-based automation is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and electrical panel design is preferred.
