We are seeking experienced Field Sales Officer to promote and sell DFlow Drip Irrigation Systems to farmers, dealers, institutions, and agricultural businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drip irrigation sales, system planning, and layout design. The role involves customer acquisition, field visits, technical consultation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell DFlow Drip Irrigation Systems to farmers, dealers, FPOs, institutions, and agri-businesses.
• Identify potential customers through field visits and market development activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drip irrigation solutions.
• Conduct field surveys and collect necessary site information.
• Prepare drip irrigation plans based on crop type, spacing, land area, and water source.
• Design drip irrigation layouts using standard agricultural and engineering practices.
• Prepare system quotations and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Explain product features, benefits, and return on investment to customers.
• Coordinate with the installation and service teams for successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Submit daily field visit reports and sales updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
• Candidates with relevant experience in drip irrigation sales will be preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in selling drip irrigation products.
• Experience in micro-irrigation companies is highly preferred.
• Experience in field sales within the agricultural sector.
