We are looking for enthusiastic Firmware Support Engineers with an Electronics background to join our team. The selected candidates will provide technical support for embedded firmware-based IoT products, assist customers in troubleshooting issues, and work closely with the R&D team to ensure smooth product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for embedded firmware and IoT products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot firmware-related issues reported by customers and field engineers.
• Assist in firmware installation, configuration, and updates.
• Test firmware fixes before deployment.
• Record, track, and escalate technical issues to the R&D team when required.
• Coordinate with Hardware, Firmware, and Service teams to resolve customer issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical support documentation and issue logs.
• Assist in product validation and basic firmware testing.
• Support field installations and remote troubleshooting.
• Conduct basic testing of communication interfaces such as UART, RS485, Wi-Fi, BLE, or LoRa (project-specific).
• Provide customer training and product demonstrations when required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Embedded Systems and Microcontrollers.
• Understanding of Embedded C fundamentals.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, or CAN is an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronics troubleshooting using a multimeter.
• Basic understanding of firmware loading and debugging concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer support when required.

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech in:
  • Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
  • Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I)
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Embedded Systems or related Electronics disciplines
