Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the company’s digital assets and IT infrastructure
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain computer networks and internet connectivity
• Configure and manage firewall and network security systems
• Handle software installation, updates, and system maintenance
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
• Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus management
• Maintain IT asset records and system documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and services
• Monitor system performance and resolve network-related issues promptly

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of networking and firewall management
• Experience in Windows installation and system troubleshooting
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network configurations
• Familiarity with antivirus, backup, and security systems
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple IT support tasks efficiently

Preferred:

• Experience in handling office IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, or server management is an added advantage
