Mobitech Wireless Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Coordinator to provide phone-based technical support to customers. The role involves attending customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and coordinating with senior technical teams to ensure customer issues are resolved within the stipulated time.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer phone calls professionally
- Handle and resolve customer queries related to product/service issues
- Coordinate with senior technical engineers for issue resolution
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed within the assigned timeline
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers until issue closure
- Record and update customer interaction details
- Provide clear guidance and support to customers over phone calls
- Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Related field
- Basic electrical knowledge is mandatory
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Required Skills
- Good communication skills over phone calls
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Coordination and follow-up skills
