Mobitech Wireless Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Coordinator to provide phone-based technical support to customers. The role involves attending customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and coordinating with senior technical teams to ensure customer issues are resolved within the stipulated time.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attend incoming customer phone calls professionally
  • Handle and resolve customer queries related to product/service issues
  • Coordinate with senior technical engineers for issue resolution
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed within the assigned timeline
  • Maintain proper follow-up with customers until issue closure
  • Record and update customer interaction details
  • Provide clear guidance and support to customers over phone calls
  • Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Related field
  • Basic electrical knowledge is mandatory
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

  • Good communication skills over phone calls
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
